Positive, Intelligent, dependable, hard working individual needed for position as a medical scribe to work closely with physician in a fast paced mental health outpatient setting. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, navigating various electronic medical charts, completing provider orders, progress notes, initial evaluations, treatment recommendations, discharge planning and summaries. Responsibilities also include communicating physician orders with necessary staff through phone calls and meetings. Computer savvy, college degree, willingness to learn, outstanding typing and organizational skills required. This individual must be detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task accurately in a timely manner. Medical and/or mental health experience preferred.
